REGULATORY & ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
As with planning, VanDemark & Lynch will incorporate our high-level analysis into our regulatory design work. We pride ourselves on understanding the appropriate Zoning Ordinances and Subdivision Regulations to develop a plan that will efficiently navigate through the submission and approval process of the various regulatory agencies in a timely fashion. Landscape requirements are often very impactful to a successful plan as various items such as landscape buffer yards, afforestation/reforestation, Forest Habitat Value Assessments, and open space percentage will influence the goal of achieving a balanced built and natural environment.
