Project Details:
The Christiana Fashion Center is an open concept retail center that includes multiple “big box” stores, rows of boutique shops, and separate restaurant pads. The design required moving hundreds of thousands of tons of soil, installing multiple stormwater quality facilities and wetlands sensitive drainage outfalls. The center also includes multiple signalized entrances and access from the recently completed Route 1 / I-95 intersection expansion.
