Steinle Construction Engineers, the structural engineering division of VanDemark & Lynch Inc. provided structural engineering services for renovations to the Layton Home building in Wilmington, Delaware. The renovations provided a homeless shelter for Delaware Veterans and were funded by the DSHA. The structure is a 4 story steel framed building with masonry veneer walls and included renovations to provide new apartment units, spaces for community lounges, management offices, and a decorative entry.
