PROJECT DETAILS
Main Event Entertainment Center at the Christiana Fashion Center, Delaware. This is a throwback project from our structural engineering department. Steinle Construction Engineers (SCE) a Division of VanDemark & Lynch utilized precast insulated exterior panels for the building shell for quick erection time that also provided the perimeter gravity bearing system and the lateral load system for the structure. This brought value to the job by reducing the complexity of interior connections and utilizing lighter columns. The custom front elevation was designed with steel and light gage to give the building owner future flexibility
