PROJECT DETAILS

Summerton East Apartment Building (Middletown, DE). This building is currently being erected. The design is a 4-story apartment building with approximately 80,000 s.f. of total living space.  SCE (Steinle Construction Engineering is the Structural Division of VanDemark & Lynch, Inc. ) utilized a steel-framed first floor to provide extended cantilevers to maximize space on the lot. Floors 2 through 4 are framed with wood trusses.
