VanDemark & Lynch provides Site Analysis, Land Planning, and Master Planning. Our initial process of taking inventory of sensitive areas, topography, vegetation, natural resources, and existing infrastructure for each site will serve towards building a strong foundation prior to initiating the planning and design process. Based on the above information we will begin to develop a plan utilizing the client’s goals and objectives for present and future growth, while remaining committed to an environmentally sensitive design, resulting in more livable and sustainable projects.
